Seller makes no warranty that the goods sold hereunder shall be merchantable or that such goods shall be fit for any particular purpose. It is understood and agreed that in no event shall seller be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and additional expenses, resulting from seller's performance or failure to perform under this sale, or from the furnishing, performance or use of any goods or service sold pursuant hereto, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, the negligence of seller, or otherwise.
All Product orders placed by customer with Seller are subject to acceptance by Seller.
Seller reserves the right to substitute or change materials, parts, product specifications or functional attributes at any time without notice (and this does not void our return/exchange policies).
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Our items are made by various manufactures.
BikerPartShop reserves the right to drop ship orders as needed. Seller also reserves the right to ship product in multiple boxes and/or shipments.

Motorcycle riding is dangerous and each incident of motorcycle accidents are completely different, therefore manufacturer and retailer can offer no guarantee or warranty of product effectiveness and cannot be held liable for products.
Please review all return/exchange policies on our website located on the shipping/returns page (tab for page is located within the information box under the categories box-left side of the screen on the home page).
Each order placed will be asked to check a box to confirm that these polices have been read and understood by customers-order cannot be finalized until this box is checked. Do not confirm your order if you do not understand these contents. All Phone orders will be held under the same conditions and assumed you have read these terms and it has been understood.

Please note, we can only estimate, as we cannot see you. All exchange fees still apply per our policies found on the shipping/return page regardless of sizing help from phone, charts or other methods.
ARTICLE 10: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to assert his right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason. The starting point for the deadline is the day of receipt of the order by the customer or by the third party designated by him. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify BikerPartShop of his decision to withdraw, before the expiration of the period: by means of an unambiguous statement such as an email specifying the following: name, address, telephone number, order number, reference, product label, price and quantity. The customer returns to BikerPartShop, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the communication of his decision to withdraw, the article or articles subject (s) of the right of withdrawal. For the purposes of good reception and in order to speed up the processing of the return, the customer must comply with the following procedure: Return the items in their original packaging in perfect marketing condition. Attach the printed return form filled in to the user account. Return the item in the box in which it was sent to you or in an identical box (reinforced, same size) if the first has been damaged. In case of product return, if the product has never been used and is returned in its original packaging, the customer can request a refund (within 14 days), an exchange or a credit. The reimbursement will include the shipping costs incurred by the customer. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in the event of an error reported by the customer and not disputed by BikerPartShop. In the event of an exchange or a new order following a refund or a credit, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please note: The After Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not met, the package will then be returned directly to you.
